Superior Solutions, Inc. is a network security consulting firm. Our services include penetration testing, network vulnerability assessments, PCI audits, HIPAA and GLB audits, security training, security policy, digital forensics, and vulnerability assessment product installation.

As IT security experts and hands-on implementers, we teach our customers the "Art of Network Security." We offer the best security products and services in the marketplace. Our goal is to have our customers become security aware. About Us

Superior Solutions, Inc. has been providing superior IT security services for eleven years as we officially opened doors in 1999.  Our senior staff members are unmatched in their knowledge of network and cyber security. Every bit of their hard earned IT security expertise came as a result of years of highly specialized work and contact with thousands of people. Our management team includes:

Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Michael Gregg - As the Superior Solutions, Inc. founder & COO, Mr. Gregg brings more than 20 years of experience building real security solutions and driving strategic development. He is a cybersecurity expert focused on IT networks and security assessments. Even though leading the firm consumes a large amount of Mr. Gregg’s time, he enjoys teaching. Mr. Gregg has a proven reputation as both a dynamic and influential speaker. 

His written works in the field of IT security include the publication of fourteen security books he has either authored or co-authored. Some of these titles include: Syngress’s Hack the Stack, Sybex’s Security Street Smarts, Que’s CISSP Cram 2, CISSP Exam Cram 2 Questions Edition, and The Certified Ethical Hacker Exam Prep 2. He also authored Inside Network Security Assessment by Sam’s Publishing, Build your own Network Security Lab by Wiley and The Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) Exam Prep by Que. 

Mr. Gregg holds two associate’s degrees, a bachelor’s degree, and a master’s degree.

Business Development Director

Lawrence D. Sommers - Mr. Sommers has worked in the testing, evaluation, and design of new computer based products/processes for more than 30 years. He has an extensive knowledge of risk, qualifications, evaluations, military standards, fault tree analysis, standards, regulations, RFC’s, and protocols. Mr. Sommers is responsible for the company’s business development.  Mr. Sommers is a University of Southern California alumnus. 

Training Development Director

Alice Perales - As Director of Training Development, Ms. Perales brings her 34 years of experience in training, curriculum design, and class development to Superior Solutions. Ms. Perales cut her teeth in the public school sector as a classroom teacher. This experience served her well as she was voted district elementary school teacher of the year. Ms. Perales also served as coordinator for an ISD bilingual/ESL program for 13 years. As director of training at Superior Solutions, Ms. Perales is responsible for classroom content, class offerings, and SCORM development.

Ms. Perales holds a BS degree in Education from Southwest Texas State University 

Operations Director

Christine Cuellar - Ms. Cuellar brings approximately 15 years of proven management and industry experience to Superior Solutions, Inc. Ms. Cuellar started her career working with at-risk students and has spent her career in education and training. As the company’s number two hire, Ms Cuellar has been here from day one helping to build the business and manage day-to-day operations.

Ms. Cuellar holds a BS degree in Management from LeTourneau University
